Welcome to rock fucking bottom.

#503666 Scarlet shitter: I can't remember if we play this weekend....edition

I want to know what Beano Cook thinks.

Beano is still waiting for Ron Powlus to get his 3 Heisman trophies.

I think he threw the final block to spring JR on his TD punt return against Oklahoma in 1971.

#502164 Scarlet shitter the noh wan cur edition.

The script really writes itself.

Another opposing QB will have a career passing day against the joke that is the Nebraska defense.

The Huskers will come out flat, uninspired and unfocused.  Turnovers and penalties will abound.  Dropped passes.  Missed tackles..... well, you get the picture.

This one will be over by halftime, and NU lays down and quits (again).

#501371 2 out of 3 computers recommend Illinois

Are these the same computers that give you your annual Derby picks?

#500793 Need a primer on husker football.

Another idiot with a room temperature IQ chimes in.  Oh joy.  Just ignore me or present a well thought out argument instead of licking 5ths

sweaty ballsack.

5th offered an array of facts that led to Pelini's demise at NU. Go back and re-read them. They constitute the "well thought argument" you seek.

You, on the other hand, offer up some contrived conspiracy about Perlman being the cause of Bo's dismissal.  Yeah, that's the ticket.

Finally, just like a Socialist Democrat Liberal, you resort to name calling rather than debating the actual merits of your argument -- because your argument falls apart when the facts are presented.

Good day, sir.

Leonard Nimoy dead at 83.

One can say that he did indeed prosper.

83 is pretty long

A fucking punk ass kid.

Coming from a pair of raging douchebags like you and Filth, that's a real complement.

You're welcome, Tinkerbell.

#498799 We finally got our Quality Control coach. Wait! What?

Posted by HuskerFan on 05 January 2015 - 10:29 AM

Allow me to offer my free assistance to the new Defensive Quality Control dude:

1.  When playing against Wisconsin, keep at least one NU defender on the edge for containment.  If you continually lose outside contain against Wisky, you will get your shit pushed in to the tune of 500+ rushing yards.

2.  When playing against Minnesota, remember they run the same two plays over and over (zone read and inside zone).  On the zone read, the big, slow white QB keeps it 95% of the time.  Keep at least one NU defender on the edge for containment (preferably a guy who can tackle big, slow white QBs).

There you go. Your path toward becoming the next defensive genius has been laid out before you.  Papuchis/Pelini failed to heed my advice.  Don't make the same mistake.

#483716 Here is your Senior Leader after the Loss

Posted by HuskerFan on 26 October 2013 - 02:44 PM

OK, so if you had two choices for the coach -- Bo Pelini or Frank Solich -- no other choices and death is not an option .... who do you pick?
I go with Solich.

If there is a gun to my head in that scenario, I'd opt for "Just shoot me, please."

#482821 Scarlet Shitter: who cares edition.

Posted by HuskerFan on 07 October 2013 - 08:18 AM

I have given up on Bo, but unlike most of the yutzes here, I haven't given up on the team. Unlike others, I still take joy when we win, whether it is Ohio State or Oregon Institute of mildly retarded hot chicks

Well, let's just untangle your web of hypocrisy, shall we?

Why is that when some of us give up on Bo, we also give up on the team -- but when you give up on Bo, you haven't given up on the team?

You also imply that some folks aren't happy when the Huskers win. Can you point to a specific post that demonstrates this? I mean, I have yet to read a post like that ("Mother. Fuck. The God damn Big Red went and beat Illinois. Son-of-a-bitch!! How could they?").

Newsflash, genius: Most folks are just like you -- they think Bo is not up to the job..... yet they still root for the players and want the program to succeed.

I was in the stadium Saturday, wearing red and cheering for the Huskers -- just like your average, garden variety Husker fan.

It doesn't change the fact I think Pelini is in over his head and NU can do better for a head coach -- and it doesn't preclude me from enjoying the gameday atmosphere in Lincoln (even with an 11:00am kickoff).

#481820 Show of hands...Bo must go or Fuck No?

Posted by HuskerFan on 16 September 2013 - 10:01 AM

lets blow the lid off this shit...put on our sweater vests...and welcome NU Coach Tressel. :ninja:

oh, and I'm semi-serious...lol...once we could get over the whole "he's a crooked asshole" part, he's probably the best *proven* HC available...and he's already got strong recruiting ties throughout the Big10...

Mother. Fuck.

I actually agree with atl.

Which means I should probably re-evaluate my position.

But yes....my top 3 choices: 1) Jim Tressel; 2) Gary Patterson; 3) Charlie Strong

#480500 Support for Bo continues to erode

Posted by HuskerFan on 12 August 2013 - 07:01 AM

I don't like it when people say that they are out as fans unless this or that happens.

You know what I don't like?

Watching Nebraska give up close to 700 total yards of offense in a loss to UCLA. Or 63 points in a nationally televised beatdown at Ohio State. Or, worse yet, getting blown out 70-31 by Wisconsin, as the Badgers rushed for 539 yards. Follow that up with another mid-tier bowl loss. Yeah, perfect.

Fickle fans are a "meh." Watching Nebraska get its ass handed to it in blowout losses -- again and again, season after season -- now that's something to not like.

But that's just me, I guess.

#472464 If NU Loses the B1G Title is the Season still a Success?

Posted by HuskerFan on 27 November 2012 - 11:21 AM

The loss of Steinkhuler looms large in the B1G championship game.

Against Iowa, they moved Cam Meredith inside. He's too undersized - and the Iowa O-line was getting a great push and blowing the NU D-line back 5 to 10 yards off the LOS on some plays.

And the Wisky O-line and running game have improved a great deal in the last few weeks.

Things don't bode well for the bigest matchup in the game: the Wisconsin running game vs. the Nebraska run defense. Big advantage for the Badgers.

This makes me nervous.

Load up the safeties to stop the run and hope the CB's can win one on one battles.

Exactly what I'd do if I were Papuchis/Pelini -- sell out to stop the run. Make that 3rd string Wisky QB beat NU by passing (and make sure you cover Aberderis).

#462528 you are welcome.

Wanna bet that she can do more reps of the 225 lbs. bench press than Marcel Jones?
