Frost in October: I dont think beggars can be choosers, Frost said. If they tell us were playing on a Thursday, we need to be ready to play on a Thursday. If its Sunday, its Sunday. And if its in Uzbekistan, were going to have to probably stop in a couple places on the way over there. Wherever and whenever we get to play, our guys are just excited to get a chance to compete.

Frost in December: This year has been a long grind and it is time for our guys to have a break, and the opportunity to spend Christmas and the holiday season with their family and friends.


They have spent every fucking Christmas of their lives with their family and friends! None of these kids have ever competed in a bowl game. What a bunch of Bitches and yet, a fitting end to this shit show of a season.

It appears that Scott is still looking for kids that love football.

After year three Frost is closer to taking off than the program is.   Very disappointing in the lack of any tangible progress.  If this team ever played as well as they talk then we might have something.

I don't plan the players for voting as they did.  They've been poked and prodded and overseen a hell of of a lot than anyone who on this forum and the vast majority of anyone in the locked-down paranoiac society we live in.  Those bitching about players not willing to give up their Christmas (yeah, fuck you Boxcar) forget they have seen family since March, more than that for most, with moist 19 and under, don't realize that "social distancing" don't realize how that played such a huge factor in those who transferred out before playing a lick for Nebraska.

 

Oh, in the event you missed it, fuck you Boxcar.

1) its a bad look. No coach fought harder to get his team to play in October or to fill the Wisconsin opening. For the team to backout it says a lot about their mental toughness and love for football.

2) Had they not lost to Minnesota they would be playing another game. Two wins in a row with a potential to get to .500 would have been hard to pass up. When we look back after Frost gets fired that Minnesota game will feel like Rileys 15 Illinois loss.

3) it sounds like both QBs are banged up and the vote to not play mostly came from the offense. Who could have imagined after year three under Frost the offense would be this bad.
