Anybody have some good apps they think I should get?

I have already:

Advanced Task Killer
Barcode Scanner
Color Flashlight
Handcent SMS
JuiceDefender (saving on battery)
Ringtone (I need something better for ringtones, this app kind of sucks)
SyncMyPix (since the Facebook app sucks ass and won't copy them over right now)

I have a Samsung Moment (Sprint)

I've got:

ATK (put it on your home page, makes it easier to power off apps.)
ABC's (flashcards for my kids)
cbs sports (probably get rid of it)
droid light
Live Scores (it also does stats)
Maps
Mini Golf'oid free

I've got the HTC Desire android.

Whiteboard
Wine Free

There is a new trojan virus going around for the android , so there is that.I recommend that :-)

Yeah, it's a 50 caliber. They used to use it to hunt buffalo with... up close! It's only legal in two states. And this isn't one of them.

Task killers aren't necessary if you're running 2.1 or 2.2.

Rhapsody
Wireless Tether
Google Voice (G2 Leak, haz widget)
Google 3D Gallery App
Score Mobile (Get it, best sports update app out there)
ESPN FFL
Astro File Manager
ROM Manager
Dolphin Browser
Twidroyd
Vlingo
Sprite Backup
Clockwork Recovery

HTC Incredible running Virtuous 2.7/KingX kernel

If battery is an issue the way to solve it is a custom kernel, not goofy apps. You do have to root your phone which is kinda scary at first, but it's not rocket science. I'm not sure about the Moment, but with the HTC phones it's pretty trivial to revert the phone back to stock if you need to for any reason.

Thanks Coop. I've already rooted it, just have to find the right kernel (and instructions to do so, I haven't done that). If I have to revert back to the old version that won't be aproblem with the utility I have from Sprint for the phone itself...

If there's a custom recovery for the moment installing a new kernel should be trivial. I use Clockwork Recovery, and I just boot into it, choose install from SD card, and pick the .zip I want to install.
